Generative AI and Large Language Models are fantastic for creating text content, summarising large amounts of text and answering user-questions based on vast amounts of data. The text outputs and responses can be tailored to be more or less creative (great for creating social media posts, for example), or more or less precise (which is important if answering support questions, for example).
Machine Learning provides opportunities to develop powerful insights and decision support from vast quantities of data.
All AI implementations should be completed mindful of the risks of any incorrect answers, and used in ways that are beneficial to productivity while being ethically and socially responsible.
